She/Her
Welcome. I am a Black femme therapist in training, dual MSW/MPH candidate, and healing justice practitioner dedicated to helping you reclaim your body, your peace, and your freedom. At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to body reclamation, somatic liberation, and helping folks, especially queer, Black individuals, women, and young adults, unlearn the heavy, unfair expectations handed down by systemic oppression.
I believe that true personal growth goes beyond just working on ourselves. It also means recognizing how the world around us, from systemic racism to societal pressures, impacts our everyday emotional and physical well being. Rooted in Black Feminism and pleasure activism, I focus on helping you re-discover joy, reconnect with your innate worth, and engage in deep racial and bodily healing. My goal is to walk alongside you as a compassionate, supportive partner while you reclaim your personal power and step into your full, authentic self.
My therapeutic approach is warm, culturally responsive, and trauma informed. I combine one on one therapy with an understanding of big picture community health, allowing us to focus on both your individual healing and the environment you navigate daily. No matter where you are on your journey or how many intersecting identities you hold, I strive to build a safe, affirming space where your humanity is fully seen, celebrated, and honored.
How We Can Work Together
● Body Reclamation and Somatic Liberation: Reconnecting with your body, honoring its wisdom, and healing from body shame and societal standards.
● Pleasure and Joy: Making space for joy, rest, and pleasure as essential parts of your healing process, not just afterthoughts.
● Culturally Affirming Care: Therapy rooted in Black Feminist thought and African centered principles that honor your lived experience and cultural identity.
● Navigating Systemic Stress: A safe space to process and heal from racial trauma, oppressive environments, and complex life transitions.
● LGBTQIA+ and Queer Liberation: Full, celebratory support for queer folks, women, and emerging adults navigating identity and self discovery.
● Trauma Informed Support: A gentle, non judgmental environment focused on harm reduction, safety, and emotional healing at a pace that feels right for you.
